Individual Therapy Services for Adults

I offer personalized individual therapy sessions designed to support and empower adults aged 18 and over. Each session is a therapeutic hour (55 minutes in length), providing ample time for you to explore your concerns, gain insight, and work toward your goals in a comfortable, confidential space.

Whether you are navigating personal challenges, seeking emotional support, or aiming for personal growth, our sessions will be tailored to meet your unique needs. Together, we will work collaboratively to help you understand and overcome obstacles, build coping strategies, and enhance your well-being.

I am located in Carthage (Moore County) for in-person sessions. I also have a telehealth license for those residing in South Carolina. (SC residents must be private pay only.)
